My Provision

My intervention is specifically tailored to the needs and preferences of each individual child and family. I work across a range of settings including, nursery, preschool, school and/or within the child’s home environment. I support both Primary and Secondary School aged children.

I am based in Sherborne and work in the South Somerset and West Dorset areas.

What do I offer?

  • initial advice based on child’s history and presenting needs (either face to face or remotely)
  • face to face assessment and therapy (therapy can be 1:1 or small group depending on what is deemed most appropriate)
  • follow up liaison and support to integrate communication targets worked on in therapy into the child’s everyday communicative environments
  • indirect therapy which entails working closely with a child’s key support/educational team to develop a child’s communication skills
  • remote advice and intervention (where beneficial)
  • training for educational settings
